Composite Repair Training Courses - Asia Pacific We are pleased to announce that HEATCON Composite Training has arranged to provide training at a new facility in Subic Bay the Philippines. This new location is a state of the art facility that is actually a repair station in every sense of the definition. This new facilities is within AEROFRAME COMPOSITES Inc, a repair station located at the Subic Bay International Airport.
